چکیده

History has led us to believe that if we are overweight we are lazy, we are the problem and we should get off the couch and get moving. Although exercise is extremely important for weight optimization and health, nutrition is often the component that is not addressed correctly and leaves us in a recurring cycle of weight fluctuation and poor health. Recently a study showed that 80% of all workers within the Australian resource sector were either over weight or had a chronic health condition; an imposing statistic.
